Our Approach to Learning

Our approach to learning is practical - a solid conceptual understanding combined with how-to training and tools for performance enhancement and job support.

Our courses provide presentations, scenarios, case work, exercises and small group work with value-added take away materials for use as a continuing resource.

Learning builds upon individual experience and a high level of interaction among participants, instructors and speakers. We assume everyone brings experience that we can lever via a facilitative process to achieve a synergy with what is being presented.

Resources

The Centre draws upon the skills and knowledge of its team of seasoned professionals all of whom have many years of experience as trainers and practicioners in their own areas of specialization.

A part les cours en français offerts par le Centre dans le cadre de son horaire régulier de formation, n'importe quel cours qui s'y trouve peut être livré en français pour un ministère, agence ou organization qui en fait la demande. De plus, le Centre peut offrir ses services en français et en anglais selon les besoins de ses clients.

Apart from those courses in French offered by the Centre as part of its regular training schedule, any other course can be delivered in French as required by a department, agency or organization. Moreover, the Centre can provide its services in English or French as its clients require.
