Facilities
The CEC offers:
- a fully furnished Training/Meeting room equipped with a 70" X 70" pull down screen, flip charts and markers and telephone/internet
access able to accommodate up to 20 people plus a smaller break out room for up to eight;
- separate reception area;
- audio-visual equipment rental;
- plenty of free parking;
- easy access to OC Transpo bus routes;
- full service catering;
- experienced facilitators and meeting designers.
If you wish to use CEC's facilities our rates are:
- Space - $ 300 - day; $ 200 - half-day
- Projector - $ 200 - day
- Laptop - $ 150 - day
- Catering - cost vary with numbers/food selection (48 hours advance notice required)
- Facilitator/Meeting Designer - $1,250 - day
