Facilities

The CEC offers:

  • a fully furnished Training/Meeting room equipped with a 70" X 70" pull down screen, flip charts and markers and telephone/internet access able to accommodate up to 20 people plus a smaller break out room for up to eight;
  • separate reception area;
  • audio-visual equipment rental;
  • plenty of free parking;
  • easy access to OC Transpo bus routes;
  • full service catering;
  • experienced facilitators and meeting designers.

If you wish to use CEC's facilities our rates are:

  • Space - $ 300 - day; $ 200 - half-day
  • Projector - $ 200 - day
  • Laptop - $ 150 - day
  • Catering - cost vary with numbers/food selection (48 hours advance notice required)
  • Facilitator/Meeting Designer - $1,250 - day
