Open Workshop Packages

1. 10% Past Participant Discount

Any workshop registrant who previously participated in a CEC open workshop or registers for more than one workshop will automatically receive a 10% discount for each workshop beyond their initial registration. *Cannot be combined with other discounts.

2. 20% Group Rate Discount for 3+ Individuals from the Same Unit*

For each workshop, groups of 3 or more will receive a 20% discount off of the regular workshop fee for all but the first two registrations. Registrations need to be coordinated centrally by the relevant unit, with registrations # 1, 2, 3, etc. indicated in the additional comments section of each participants' registration. *Cannot be combined with other discounts.

NOTE: Organizational unit is defined as a Branch, Bureau or Division.

2. 20 % Discount on CEC’s Professional Development Plan & Certificate (PDP)

CEC’s Professional Development Plan is an opportunity to strategically plan professional development over a 24 month period. PDP allows communicators and managers to systematically build and improve knowledge and skills and bridge organizational gaps.

The 20% discount off regular registration fees for workshops selected as part the training plan applies to a 24 month period. Registrants are guaranteed space in the CEC workshops selected as part of their PDP.

All PDP packages can be pre-paid for the 24-month period. A CEC Professional Development Certificate in Communications will be issued to each participant.

Additional PDP packages can be negotiated to suit organizational needs.
